ATE : NOVEMBER 19, 2024 1) The petitioners moved applications for condonation of the delay of 88 and 189 days caused in filling the applications for setting aside the abatement orders, if any passed, and for bringing the legal heirs of petitioner Nos.1 and 35 on record, etc. 2) Considering the reasons stated in the applications, we deem it appropriate to allow all the applications and permit the petitioners to bring the legal heirs of petitioner Nos.1 and 35 on record. As such, all applications are allowed as prayed. In view of this, petitioners are directed to carry out the amendment forthwith and supply a copy of the amended petition to the respondents.
