The matter is settled before the National Lok-Adalat held on 14th July, 2018 and the appellant - V.I.D.C. has withdrawn the appeal. The amount deposited by the appellant - V.I.D.C. with the Registry of this Court alongwith interest on it, if any, be given to the respondent No.1 - claimant as per impugned award.
