The application is in the nature of seeking review of our judgment and order dated 22.8.2016. We notice no error apparent on the face of record to warrant invoking review jurisdiction.

The application is rejected with costs which are quantified at Rs.10,000/-. The costs be deposited in the Chief Minister's Drought Relief Fund and the receipt thereof be placed on record of the present proceedings. It is made clear that the costs be paid by the learned Counsel for the applicant and not by the applicant.
