Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms Geeta Tiwari, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

Considering the fact that the impugned order is passed on 30/07/2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh application for furlough on the same ground.

Liberty granted as prayed for.

The petitioner shall file an application for furlough within period of ten days from the date of receipt of this order. The respondents shall decide the said application within period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the
