At the outset, learned counsel Shri U.J. Deshpande for the applicants submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application to file a revision application before the Revisional Court. 2.

If the revision is filed within a period of three weeks from today and if the said revision is filed along with an application for condonation of delay, it is expected from the Revisional Court to decide the said application for condonation of delay sympathetically keeping in mind Section 14 of the Limitation Act. 3.

Interim order granted by this Court on 19.8.2015 shall remain in operation for a period of four weeks from today. After expiry of four weeks, the interim order shall stand ceased to exist. JUDGE !! BRW !!
