(Passed on 12.11.2022.) The matter is amicably settled, as a result that the appellant has withdrawn the appeal by signing the terms of Compromise in Form 'N'. The appellant does not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted. The appeal is disposed of as settled. Statutory deposit and Court fee be refunded as per Rules. The claimants are entitled to withdraw of entire compensation amount, if any, deposited by the appellant in the Court along with interest accrued.
