DATE : 29/03/2023 Present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing application for restoration of appeal. It appears that the Registrar (Judicial) vide order dated 18/08/2022 granted 14 days time to remove office objections. However, those could not be removed within stipulated period due to some difficulties in the office of Advocate. The application is supported by affidavit of learned Counsel for the applicant. As such, the application is allowed, subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the High Court Bar Library within a period of one week.

For the reasons stated in the application and application is supported by affidavit of learned Counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed.

Registry is directed to register second appeal on its original stamp number, subject to payment of costs in Civil Application No. 167/2023, as directed by this Court. After registration of the second appeal, learned Counsel for the appellant to remove office objections within two weeks.
