It is the contention of the petitioner that this matter is squarely covered by the Judgment of this Court passed in Writ Petition No. 3782 of 2025 (Anjuman Mufidul Islam Shikshan Sanstha, Khamgaon and others Vs. Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana and another), dated 15.10.2025.

By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 29.07.2024, passed by the respondent No.1 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana, which is at page No.53. The same

2 930-WP No.5965.2024 order was under challenged in the above referred Writ Petition No. 3782 of 2025. This Court by judgment dated 15.10.2025, already quashed and set aside the said communication dated 29.07.2024 and directed to grant approval in view of the proposal dated 29.07.2024. Except the outward number, the order is the same.

As such, the writ petition is allowed in terms of Judgment passed in Writ Petition No. 3782 of 2025 (supra). 5.

The impugned order dated 29.07.2024, passed by respondent No.1 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana is hereby quashed and set aside. 6.

We direct the respondent Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to decide the proposal of petitioner to grant approval in terms of Judgment in Writ Petition No. 3782 of 2025 (supra). The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
