This is second attempt on the part of appellant, who is a lady, for securing bail. After hearing learned counsel for appellant and having gone through the contents of the charge-sheet and role attributed to the present appellant, this Court is not inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the appellant only because she is a lady.

When the Court was about to dismiss the appeal, Mr. Mishra, leaned counsel for appellant submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present appeal.

Permission is granted.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the learned counsel for appellant is withdrawing the appeal, this Court is not giving detailed reasons as to why the appeal needs dismissal.
