The Petitioner has challenged Show Cause Notice issued to the Petitioner on 21 August 2024 as regards the illegal excavation of sand and confiscation of the vehicle.

We are not inclined to interfere in the Petition at the stage of Show Cause Notice. Petitioner can urge all such contentions

938 wp5427.24 available in law and fact before the concerned Authority. Considering the grievance made by the Petitioner that the vehicle is lying idle with the concerned Authority, the same is to be considered by the Authority at an early date. 3.

The contention of the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the Show Cause Notice is issued to the different persons i.e. driver and the Petitioner are different is kept open to be considered by the Authority.
