The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has to attend monthly meeting as well as the meeting of of the Gram Sabha. However, this ground was not taken while filing the application dated 20.06.2025 and however, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Darwha did not deal with the such issue and therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this petition and make fresh application contending that he may be permitted to attend the monthly meeting of the Grampanchayat and Gramsabha. 3.

Permission granted to withdraw the present petition with the liberty as prayed for.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on merits. The application shall be decided on its own merits.
