These applications are filed for setting aside abatement order, permission to bring legal heirs of respondent No.5 on record and for condonation of delay in bringing the legal heirs on record and in filing the application for setting aside abatement. 02] Infact, there is no abatement order since respondent No.5 died prior to filing of the appeal. There is also no objection from the contesting respondents to the said applications. 03] For the reasons mentioned in the applications, all the application are allowed.
