In the present petition, a limited prayer is made for direction to the respondent-Divisional Commissioner, Amravati to decide the appeal namely No.22/MRC-81/Borgaon Manju/Akola/2024, pending before him.

It is further prayed that the status quo granted in the appeal on 19.12.2024, which was not subsequently not continued, may kindly be continued.

Considering the prayer made by the petitioners, we are of the opinion that this petition can be disposed of by directing the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioners within stipulated period.

Accordingly, we dispose of the petition with direction to the respondent No.4-Divisional Commissioner, nd.thawre

2/2 Amravati to decide the appeal of the petitioners within one month from the next fixed date i.e. 16.09.2025. 6.

Till then, the status quo granted by the respondent No.4 on 19.12.2024 shall continue.

The petitioners undertake to cooperate the respondent No.4 for deciding the appeal within the stipulated period.
