The only prayer made in the writ petition is a direction to be issued to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the petitioner's One Time Settlement proposal.

The learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits on instructions that the proposal has been decided on 30/08/2023. She submits that though copy of the same has been served on the petitioner, another copy of the order rejecting the proposal would be served on the petitioner within a period of one week from today. 3.

In view of aforesaid, the purpose of filing the writ petition is served. The petitioner is free to take further steps if the petitioner is aggrieved by rejection of his proposal. It is informed that the proceedings before the Debt Recovery Tribunal are pending and said grievance can be raised before it.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
