OCTOBER 06, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents.
2) The petitioner has challenged the order dated 06/03/2024 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati in Case No./LND-18/KARANJA WASHIM/01/2021-2022 and the order dated 20/10/2021 passed by the Collector, Washim. 3) Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the State submitted that the petitioner is having alternate and equally efficacious remedy to file appeal/revision under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.
4) In that view of the matter, the petition stands disposed of as not maintainable. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the orders passed by both the Authorities before the State Government within a period of four weeks from today. Time spent in prosecuting the Writ Petition to be taken into consideration by the concerned Authority, while deciding application while deciding application for condonation of delay.
