He has submitted that the respondent no. 3 has handed over the project to the Executive Engineer, Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran, Yavatmal, therefore, "the Executive Engineer, Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran, Yavatmal" is necessary party.

The application is opposed by learned AGP Mrs. Prabhu for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Shri Patil learned Counsel for respondent no. 3.

Looking to the submission and from the perusal of the letter dated 14.07.2010, it appears that project is handed over to "the Executive Engineer, Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran, Yavatmal"

In view of the above, the application is allowed. "The Executive Engineer, Maharashtra Jeevan
