DATED : 06-08-2025 The applicants/appellants have filed this application to grant extension of time till 31-08-2025 for depositing the enhanced compensation amount in the Court. The learned Advocate for the applicants also submitted that he has received the cheque and will deposit it with the registry within a week, for which the learned Advocate for the respondents has no objection.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to deposit the cheque of the enhanced compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon in the Court by 14-08-2025. It is made clear that no further time will be granted.
