A prayer is made to issue directions to the respondent-Nagpur Improvement Trust to sanction revised map submitted by the plot owners/holders.

At the outset, Mr. Kurekar, learned counsel for the petitioners, fairly invites our attention to the communication dated 10.02.2025 issued by the Additional Collector, which is produced at page no. 163 of the paper book/petition. He submits that in view of the communication dated 10.02.2025, the Nagpur Improvement Trust can always be directed to re-consider their request for sanction of revised map.

The contention raised by the petitioners can always be taken into consideration by the respondents authorities since the issue earlier raised has now been clarified by way of the communication dated 10.02.2025 issued by the Additional Collector. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, we direct the respondent no.2Nagpur Improvement Trust to decide the issue regarding sanction of revised map submitted by the petitioners in the light of the communication dated 10.02.2025 issued by the Additional Collector within a period of eight weeks from today.

Needless to clarify that while taking decision the respondentNagpur Improvement Trust shall give due regard to the said communication. If adverse order is passed by the respondent-Nagpur Improvement Trust, the same shall be communicated to the petitioners. 7.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce a copy of this order before the concerned authorities within a period of two weeks.

With these observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
