The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant has filed this application in open Court seeking leave to amend the prayer Clause of the application for transfer of the proceedings.

The civil application accordingly stands disposed. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION (TR) NO.566 OF 2022 4.
This is an application seeking transfer of the proceedings filed by the non-applicant/husband before the Civil Judge Senior Division at Nagpur to Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha.

Shri Haque, holding for Shri Karmarkar, learned counsel for non-applicant/husband submits that he has no objection if the proceedings filed by his client are transferred. 6.
Shri Bhoyar, learned counsel for the Applicant would
976 MCA-566-2022 submit that the proceedings of which he is seeking transfer have been transferred from Nagpur to Saoner, and as such, now the transfer of the said proceedings filed by the husband would be from the Court at Saoner, District Nagpur to the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha.

Learned counsel for non-applicant/husband has no objection, if the transfer of the said proceedings is permitted. 8.
Having heard learned counsel, let the proceedings of Marriage Petition No.178 of 2022, pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Saoner, District Nagpur, be transferred to Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha. 9.
