The petitioner claims to be working as Cook in the respondent no.5 - School under the supervision, which is run and managed by respondent nos.2, 3 and 4.

According to him, his prayer for grant of second and third benefits under Assured Career Progression Scheme is not decided till this date. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that in the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court may pass appropriate order in the matter.

Considering the period of entitlement for the Assured Career Progression Scheme benefits under the Government Resolution dated 2nd March, 2019, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition, with a direction to the respondent no.4 - Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare & Special Assistance Department, Amravati Division, Amravati to decide the claim of the petitioner expeditiously and in any case within three months from the receipt of the order of this Court.
