A praecipe has been moved for speaking to minutes to clarify the order dated 05-07-2019, whereby the applicants/original claimants were permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,96,950/- and Rs.1,77,664/- deposited by the acquiring body before this Court.

Learned Counsel for the appellants concedes that an amount of Rs.70,591/- was deposited on 27-03-2019 and that the original claimants are entitled to withdraw the said amount. 3.

In the light of the said statement, necessary corrections be made in order dated 05-07-2019. 'Rs.70,591/-' (Rupees Seventy Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety One) be added in the third line of order after the Rs.1,76,664/- (One Lac Seventy Six Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty Four).
