The contention is that the issue involved in all these writ petitions is common and that being so, the petitions are disposed of by this common order. 4.

We deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing the respondents to reconsider the claim of the petitioner, which was rejected vide communication dated 21.08.2017 in the light of the directions issued by the State Government in Government Resolution dated 01.07.2011.

The respondents shall pass an order to that effect within a period of six weeks from today and

2 919.wp.8554.19 communicate the same to the petitioner.

The order be passed without being influence by the impugned communication dated 21.08.2017. In case, if it is held that the petitioner is entitled for the benefits, in such an eventuality, the consequential financial benefits be extended to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of such order.
