The petitioner has been denied approval to the promotion on the post of Junior Clerk. It is claimed by the petitioner that he is entitled for such benefit in view of the policy of the Government reflected in Circular dated 16/03/1989 and such other administrative instructions. 2.
Having regard to the issue sought to be canvassed by the petitioner, we deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before respondent No.3- the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati along with his grievance as regards grant of approval to the post of Junior Clerk which he claims to be occupying by virtue of order of promotion. Order accordingly. 3.
The Deputy Director of Education, Amravati shall consider and decide the same expeditiously within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of this order before him.
