In view of order passed by this Court on 20th November, 2015 rejecting the prayer made on behalf of the respondent No.1 for withdrawal of the amount, this application cannot be considered. It is rejected. The respondent No.1 will be at liberty to renew the prayer for grant of early hearing, after six months.
