These are applications filed on behalf of the appellant for restoration of the appeal and for condonation of delay in moving the application for restoration. The appeal was admitted but it stood dismissed on account of failure on the part of the appellant to file private paper book.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed, the delay is condoned and the appeal is restored subject to the learned counsel for the appellant filing private paper book within a period of one week from today.
