Learned Advocate for the applicant after, arguing the matter for some time, seeks leave to withdraw all three applications with liberty to produce before the revisional Court the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No. 571 of 2020 dated 03.03.2021.

In my view, the liberty, as prayed for, can be granted because the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court can be relied upon by the party, if permitted under the law to substantiate particular issue or fact in issue or relevant fact. Therefore, the applications stand disposed of, as withdrawn. 3.

Liberty to produce the copy of the order dated 03.03.2021 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No. 571 of 2020 is granted. Learned Additional Sessions Judge shall take said order into consideration, depending upon the relevance of the said order, in accordance with law. 4.
