This is an application for quashing of F.I.R. No.427 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned A.P.P. opposes the application.

The learned Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the applicant is ready to deposit Rs.Seventy Five Thousand with the Registry of this Court to show his bonafides.

The applicant is granted time till 9th October 2019 to deposit Rs.Seventy Five Thousand.

List the application for further consideration/ hearing on 11th October, 2019.
