The appellants have filed Civil Application No.599 of 2015 seeking permission to withdraw the instant Second Appeal on the ground that appellant no.1 has expired and appellant nos. 2 and 3 are not interested in prosecuting the appeal further. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection. Hence, the Second Appeal is disposed of as 'withdrawn'.

Interim relief, if any, shall stand vacated.
