Learned counsel Shri A.R.Prasad for the applicant, submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application for cancellation of anticipatory bail since learned Judge of Court below granted anticipatory bail on certain conditions in favour of non-applicant Nos.2 and 3 and they are flouting conditions. He submits that he wishes to file an application for cancellation of bail before learned Judge below who granted the bail on conditions.

The statement is accepted.
