DATED : SEPTEMBER 11, 2019 This is an application filed by the appellant insurance company for directing release of the attachment of bank account of the appellant with HDFC Bank, Mumbai.

It is pointed out that the appellant deposited the entire amount of compensation granted by the Tribunal in this Court and part of the amount was permitted to be withdrawn by the original claimants. It is pointed out that despite the deposit of the entire amount of compensation in this Court, attachment of aforesaid bank account of the appellant has continued and it is not permitted to be released from attachment by the Tribunal.

It is further pointed out that in the light of deposit of entire amount of compensation, no objection was granted by the original claimants to the aforesaid prayer of the appellant for release of attachment of its back account.

In view of the above, it becomes evident that prayer made in this application deserves to be granted.

Accordingly, the application is allowed, in terms of prayer made therein and it is directed that attachment of the bank account of the appellant with HDFC Bank, Mumbai, stands released.
