Act has been dismissed, though the issuance of the cheque appears to have been held to have been admitted (para 17 page 52) is that the complainant has failed to disclose the source for the funds or his capacity to pay the same (para 18, page 53), considering which leave is granted. Criminal Application No. 758/2022 is allowed. Office to register the appeal.
