Date : 9 th December, 2015 The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the other matters arising out of the same accident are already pending before this Court and this appeal was dismissed for non-filing of private paper book. He further submits that in other matters, the private paper book is filed.

In view of this, both these applications are allowed. First Appeal No.402 of 2003 is restored.

The respondents be served by RPAD in addition to regular mode of service.

All office objections be removed within a period of six weeks from today.
