DATED : 02 MARCH Shri Chauhan, learned Counsel for the applicants points out that vide communication dated 22/08/2019, the assistant police inspector has observed that the dispute involved in the present matter is a civil dispute and no criminal elements are found.

This communication has been challenged by the present applicants in Criminal Application No.986 of 2019 which is pending.

In that view of the matter, the learned Counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the present proceedings with liberty to file a fresh application, if such occasion arises on passing of favorable order in the aforesaid Criminal Application.
