We are not inclined to interfere in jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Code). 2.

We note that the investigation is virtually complete and the filing of the charge-sheet is stalled due to interim order passed by this Court which precludes the prosecution from filing charge-sheet without the leave of the Court.

We further note the statement of the learned APP Mr. Mirza that if the interim order is vacated, the charge-sheet shall be filed within the next six weeks. 4.

At this stage, the learned counsel Mr. Wagh seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to raise all contentions in the application seeking discharge, which he
