DATE : 22nd MARCH 2021 Mr. Tejas Patil, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that the appeal was filed challenging the judgment and order passed by the learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-1, Yavatmal, in Sessions Trial No.43 of 2013, whereby the accused persons were acquitted of the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148 and 307 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act. It is submitted by Mr. Patil that due to passage of time, the relations between the parties have now become cordial and the victim is not carrying any grudge against the respondents. On instructions, the learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the appeal.
