The State has filed this appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act challenging the judgment and award, dated 26/10/2005 passed in L.A.C. No.201/1999.
It is seen that the acquiring body had also challenged the said judgment in First Appeal No.149/2006. The said appeal has been dismissed by this Court vide judgment dated 11/07/2017.
In the light of the said judgment, nothing survives in this appeal and, accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed.
