The petitioner has tendered the pursis dated 05.10.2023 stating therein that the petitioner undertakes to clear the arrears of Rs. 54,000/- ( as on 30.09.2023) in terms of the order dated 21.02.2022 passed by the Family Court No.3, Nagpur. The manner of payment has also been mentioned in the pursis itself. The pursis is taken on record and marked as Article "A" for the purpose of identification. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent has acceded to the proposal submitted by the petitioner through the aforesaid pursis. 3.

Both the learned Advocates submit that the petition could be disposed of in terms of the pursis filed by the petitioner. The request being innocuous, is accepted. Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the pursis.
