The order dated 31.07.2023 passed by the Additional Commissioner, granting stay in the proceedings filed under the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act against the order passed by the Collector under Section 16 (2) of the Act of 1958, is under challenge in this petition. 2.

Admittedly, the petitioner has not moved any application before the Additional Commissioner for vacation of the stay order and directly approached to this Court. In that view of the matter, I do not want to interfere with the order impugned. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed.
