Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and all the learned Advocates agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. K. S. Joshi, learned G.P., who appears by waiving notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

The ground raised in this petition is about the manipulation of time, at which the vehicle of the petitioner was intercepted which, according to the petitioner, is an illegality committed by the respondent No.3.

Learned G.P. submits that this is the ground on which basis this petition has been filed and so appropriate remedy for the petitioner would be an appeal under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. We agree with the submission of the learned Government Pleader.

We, therefore, relegate the petitioner to the appellate remedy which may be available to him under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 and on these terms, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.

Liberty to take recourse to the appellate remedy is granted.
