This is an application filed by respondent No. 1 for withdrawal of the balance amount of compensation deposited in this Court. Perused the application and record. 3.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw 50 % of the balance amount subject to undertaking to the effect that in case the appeal is decided against the respondents,

2 9.caf.2585.2023 then respondent No.1 will deposit the amount with interest, as directed by this Court. The remaining 50% of amount is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety. 5.

The amount be paid to respondent No. 1 within four weeks.
