2 wp7149.19 2] All these petitions are covered by the decision given by this Court on 14th October, 2019 in Writ Petition No.6436/2019 and connected matters. The petitioners have remedy of preferring representation or an appeal as is provided under the several government resolutions for claiming the benefits or complaining action contrary to the government resolutions and the Divisional Commissioner can look into all these grievances. The petitions are permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to approach the Divisional Commissioner by filing either appropriate representation or an appeal. If such representation or appeal is filed, the same shall be considered by the respondents according to law. The petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
