Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. The civil application seeks amendment of the petition to add a ground and relief in view of the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No.8009/2021. Though the same is opposed by the learned Additional Government Pleader, however, considering the nature of the amendment, the same is allowed. 2.

The addition be carried out by the end of this week. List the matter for consideration thereafter. 3.
