DATED : 14-08-2018 The application seeking extension of time to deposit the amount as directed by this Court on 22-32018 is misconceived. The period stipulated by the Court expired on 10-5-2018. The application seeking extension is filed on 13-8-2018 i.e. more than three months of the expiry of the mandated period.

If the petitioners deposit costs of Rs.10,000/- with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur within three days, the petitioners are permitted to deposit the amount within a week thereafter.
