The appellant is directed to delete the name of respondent No.2 from the array of respondents. Necessary corrections be carried out accordingly.

The Registry is directed to make payment of award amount to be paid to respondent No.2 between the respondent Nos.1 and respondent No.3.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
