This appeal is pending since 2010.

The appellant has not filed private paper book. The appellant has not complied with the order dated 14.6.2019 vide which the appellant was directed to pay costs of Rs. 2000/- if the paper book is not filed within four weeks.

The appellant is abusing the process of law. In exercise of inherent powers, I dismiss the appeal with cost of Rs. 10,000/- to be deposited with the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur.

If any application for restoration is moved, the Registry shall ensure that the direction to pay cost is complied with.
