Shri Anand Parchure, the learned Advocate for the petitioner states that since it is stated in the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the State Government that the proposal of the petitioner was returned to the respondent-University for removal of deficiencies, the petitioner would pursue the matter with the respondent-University. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in this background.
