We have heard Mr.Borkar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Deoulpathak, learned Advocate for respondent no.2. After hearing both the sides at length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to make an appropriate representation to the respondent no.2 for reconsideration of its decision to place under suspension the petitioner as a prospective Contractor for bids of Airport Authority of India for a period of one year.
