When this writ petition was admitted an interim order was passed and the appellate Court was directed to decide the proceedings in Regular Civil Appeal No.53 of 2014. Pursis has been filed on behalf of the petitioners stating therein that the parties have entered into an compromise as a result of which that appeal stands disposed of.

In view of these subsequent events noting survives in the writ petition. Same is disposed of. Rules stands discharged. No costs.
