This petition takes exception to the order dated 21st August, 2024 passed by 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur below Exhibit 156 in Regular Civil Suit No. 95 of 2010.

By the order impugned the learned trial Court has rejected the application filed by the petitioner for framing of additional issues.

The suit is at the stage of final argument. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.

It would be open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds, which are sought to be raised in the present petition before the learned Appellate Court, in case the decree adverse to the petitioner is passed.

The writ petition is dismissed.
