DATED : 07-10-2024 The limited grievance of the petitioner is the inaction on the part of the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur to decide the claim of the petitioner referred by the School on 05-10-2020.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has relied on the Certificates of Validity issued in favour of her father, sister, brother and uncle.

In addition, a decision of this Court in the case of her sister Ku. Sayali Moreshwar Sawasakade in Writ Petition No.2035/2019 is also annexed with this petition. 3.

We found it unusual that the Committee to sit over the claim of the petitioner for almost four years and we expect the Committee to take a decision within a period of six weeks from today.

It is made clear that if there is no decision taken as directed, the Members of the Committee shall be held responsible for flouting the order of this Court as they must be conscious of the fact that the claims should have to be decided and here we have observed that the claim of the petitioner is not decided by the Committee since last four years.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
